Privacy policy

Vilac does not collect names, phone numbers or any other personal identifiers from its users. No form on the site asks for your contact details.

What is stored

Price contributions, map data contributions and feedback are anonymous: Vilac keeps only what you send plus a technical hash against bulk submissions, never a name or phone number. Estimates and certificate photos are processed on your device; we do not use certificate photos to extract the owner's name, signature, ID number or other identifying details. AI-scanned photos are stored only if you tick the photo contribution box.

Usage statistics

Vilac records anonymous daily usage counts per feature to improve the tools; no figure can be tied to an individual.

When you call or message Zalo at 0783239117, the conversation happens outside the website; Vilac does not store your number in its system.
