Look up land step by step
To check the land-use plan for a plot in Lâm Đồng, open the Vilac GIS map, type a commune or ward name or paste the VN-2000 coordinates from the red-book certificate, then tap the plot to see its planned land use, a reference price and the taxes and fees. Everything is free and needs no account.

Enter VN-2000 coordinates from a red book
On the map, choose Enter certificate coordinates, pick where the certificate was issued using the pre-merger boundaries (former Lâm Đồng: central meridian 107°45'; former Đắk Nông and Bình Thuận: 108°30'), then paste the X, Y pairs of the plot corners, one point per line. Vilac GIS converts the VN-2000 coordinates to GPS (WGS84) coordinates, draws the plot on satellite imagery and computes the area so you can compare it with the certificate.
