Vilac offers free indicative land estimates in Lam Dong, from commune reference prices to parcel estimates on the map. Cross-validation on 271 listings measured a median absolute percentage error of 42.1%; results are not valuation certificates.

How the estimate works
Filtered asking prices are compared with the state table and adjusted for location, access, size, shape, terrain and available legal information. Estimates cover land, without automatically adding buildings.
Validation on 27 October 2026 used 212 residential and 59 perennial-crop listings, with asking price × 0.88 as the reference, not notarised sale prices. Five-fold cross-validation: MdAPE 42.1%; the 80% range covered 80.8% of references. There is no independent actual-sale test set. Read the methodology and limits.
