Data terms

In short: public information from the State can be looked up and quoted by anyone; figures that Vilac compiles and estimates itself can be quoted with credit, but not copied in bulk or resold without asking Vilac.

1. Public information from state agencies

The items below come from documents and maps issued or published by state agencies. Anyone may look them up and quote them; when you need an official basis, use the original document.

State land price table: Resolution 82/2025/NQ-HĐND of the Lâm Đồng Provincial People's Council, in force from 1 January 2026, published in the Lâm Đồng Official Gazette.
Names and list of communes and wards after the 2025 merger: resolutions of the National Assembly Standing Committee (Lâm Đồng: Resolution 1671/NQ-UBTVQH15) and the administrative unit list of the General Statistics Office. The commune boundary lines drawn on the map are built from OpenStreetMap (ODbL licence) and matched by name to those resolutions, so they are a guide only.
Mineral planning: Decision 866/QĐ-TTg of the Prime Minister.
Land-use planning: plans drawn up and approved by provincial and district People's Committees. The layers shown on Vilac are digitised from map files shared online; each layer name gives the file source and its status (approved, draft, unverified). Check the approval decision with the commune People's Committee or the agriculture and environment office before relying on it.

2. Figures compiled and estimated by Vilac

This covers reference market prices by commune and by plot, estimated price ranges, land price indices, liquidity indicators, the tables Vilac has standardised (price tables split by road and position, the old-to-new commune table) and the downloadable files on vilacgis.com. They are the result of Vilac's own collection, cleaning and calculation.

You may: quote the figures in articles, reports, listings and theses, crediting “Vilac GIS – vilacgis.com” (ideally with a link to the page the figures come from).
You may not, without Vilac's consent: copy them in bulk; collect the pages, map tiles or data files with automated software; resell them or package them into another product or service.

Search engines and AI assistants reading the site under robots.txt remain allowed as before.
